Product Description
Irwins Trapezoid blades are made from a high speed steel for the edge of the blade, which is proven to be a much harder material than standard carbon steel. A majority of the blade is made up of spring steel which gives a much higher amount of pressure that can be applied to the side of the blade. The safest way to use a knife is to keep the blade sharp allowing the knife to do all the work and not needing to put lots of pressure on the knife. These blades should stay sharper up to around 3x than standard blades. Fits all standard knives.
